Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, Suburban Mayhem will no longer be involved in the release of Enabler’s “All Hail The Void” lp after all. It was an extremely difficult decision and I’d like to thank both Tim at Phobiact and Jeff/Enabler for their understanding.To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, but alas there was no other option open to us at the moment but to pull out.
Right, fuck this.
For the benefit of the folks out there in internet land who’ve been mailing/facebooking/tweeting me about it in the last 7 days:
DRAINLAND have not split up. They are not as far as I’m aware on some kind of hiatus. They are in the process of getting a new line up sorted and will no doubt make their plans with said new line up public when they are ready to do so. They’ve actually confirmed on their facebook page in the last 24 hours that they’re not breaking up or on hiatus, so seriously, give it a rest folks.
I have a new band called COALINGA which I’ll provide more detail on when the time is right to do so (which won’t be much longer). So that should indicate to those of you who’ve asked that no, I’m not going to be rejoining Drainland and yes, I have left permanently. Therefore if you have any queries for that band please do not direct them to me any longer, and instead contact drainlandband@gmail.com
